This board is composed of members such as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, the representative of the Minister of Science, Research, and Technology, the Head of the Institution, three faculty members of the institution, and two prominent scientific and cultural personalities of the country.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The duties of the Board of Trustees include approving internal bylaws, reviewing and approving the institution&#8217;s budget, proposing development plans, appointing accountants and auditors, approving annual financial statements, attracting financial contributions, approving employment regulations, and setting student tuition fees.
